We welcome individuals who will thrive in our collaborative and diverse startup environment and share our passion for success. Come and see what it's like working at proSapient.
We know how important it is to get to know a business before you join – and sometimes just how hard that can be! We've rallied up the team to tell you why they joined so you can see for yourself!
Thinking about joining us? Check out why our employees love working at proSapient - and better yet, we can show you!
Progression is one of our top priorities here at proSapient, and we know just how important it is to reward, encourage and motivate our staff to continually, grow, develop and challenge in any role. We love to build paths for people here – whether through the traditional route, or through different opportunities as our business grows.
I started as an Associate in March 2019.
The team I started in grew and split in two, opening up opportunities for a second in command.
I had expressed my interest in the commercial element of the business from early on, so when the company restructured into verticals, I was offered a promotional role to grow the relationships with some of our key consultancy clients.
It soon became apparent the way the vertical was operating needed revitalising, so as we reshuffled, the need for a head to oversee the whole operation and take ownership was identified and that's how I've progressed into the first ever Associate Director role.
Targets have always been a challenge to achieve and this is one of our strategies to promote rapid growth across the business - that in itself is a huge driver and motivator for achieving your targets.
Expectations are high but resources, tools and support are always available from so many people to help you get there!
I've really found at proSapient that huge opportunities are presented by hard work, and you can progress in so many different ways as your skills, strengths and motivators change over the months and years.
I've always felt supported to focus on what I'm best at, and have had different roles in order to play to my strengths!
One of the best benefits about working in a start-up is the exposure to a number of different areas of the business – and as proSapient grows, new opportunities away from the traditional routes arise. We’ve had people progress from an Associate into HR, Product and Commercial, giving our existing talent the chance to develop away from the Operations Route.
I started at proSapient in February 2019 as an Associate.
When the HR Officer role was advertised internally here, I spoke with my manager at the time and we agreed that this could be a really good move for me within the company, as we had previously discussed that I wasn't keen on going down the account management route.
The options to move laterally within the company are really great.
As an associate, there were lots of KPIs to work towards and to drive both mine and the company's growth which was continually challenging and helped my development.
Now I have moved into HR, the targets are more wide ranging and I can shape them as my interests and business needs develop.
One of the great things about being in such a high growth company is that there are continually new opportunities to be pursued.
Whether that's new teams being formed within the core business or other departments being created and expanded, it means there is a great culture of striving towards the next step in your career.
