Platform access help


If you experience issues with platform access, please check a quick troubleshooting guide below. If none of the solutions work, please let the proSapient team know.

  • See a blank page when you click on a link?

    Please, make sure to open it in one of our supported browsers: Chrome, Edge, Safari, Firefox.Internet Explorer is not supported.

  • Enter login details but cannot login?

    Please make sure that the e-mail address you enter is exactly the same as you used when creating an account on the proSapient platform.If you failed to login at least three times, you should have received an email with a password reset link (please check junk). If you did not receive an email, please reach out to the proSapient team.

    Please make sure you enter the correct password. If you cannot remember your password, please request a password reset.

    If you are using your corporate network or device, the access can be blocked by a firewall. We recommend accessing the platform from your personal device or contacting your IT team.

  • Requested a password reset e-mail but did not receive it?

    Please check your junk folder. Occasionally, our e-mails land there.
